1. Pray for persons in mission and projects listed in the PRAYER CALENDAR during unit meetings.
2. Have at least one member (other than Conference or District Officers) attend the Conference Schools of Christian Mission.
3. Conduct at least one mission study program in the unit.
4. *Have two members of the unit, other than Conference or District Officers, attend the District Spring and Fall Meetings or Conference Annual Meeting.
5. *Use at least two programs from the United Methodist Women's PROGRAM BOOK. This may include the Prayer and Self-Denial and Thank Offering programs.
6. Have at least one unit member subscribe to RESPONSE magazine and use it for "Response Moments" at meetings.
7. Recruit at least one new member to the unit.
8. *Observe United Methodist Women's Sunday.
9. *Invite a District Officer to a unit meeting.
10. *Fulfill the unit's PLEDGE TO MISSION and send final payment to District Treasurer by Dec. 1, 2009 along with a Giving Form.
11.  Become a Five-Star Unit, contributing through all five channels of Mission Giving.
12.  Become a Rainbow Unit, contributing at least $1 more to undesignated giving in 2008 than your unit did in 2008.
13. Send DECEASED MEMBERS FORM (even if 0) to Spiritual Growth Coordinator by April 1, 2009.
14. *Send NEW OFFICER LIST (even if remaining the same) to District Secretary by December 1, 2009.
15. Send READING PROGRAM REPORT to District Resource chairperson by Apr. 1, 2009.
16. *Complete and send this GOALS REPORT to the District Vice President by April 1, 2009.
17.  *Membership Form to Chairperson by Feb. 20, 2009.
